I worked with the Global CMO and Marketing Leadership team to define a clear narrative that articulated both the commercial impact and future potential of these initiatives.
Leading the programme end-to-end, I developed core messaging and a comprehensive press pack - including a press release, detailed media Q&A and supporting assets - alongside delivering media training and tailoring angles for priority publications. I then drove a targeted media engagement programme, securing interviews, byline opportunities and high-impact coverage.
